Vintage Navy Eyelet Dress

When I found this navy dress it was a maxi length dress. Don't get me wrong, I have been looking for the right vintage maxi dress, and I'm not picky about the genre either, but the original length was way too dowdy for me. Yes, another dress that I turned into a mini, but I promise it looks so much better now! Lucky for me it was a beautiful September afternoon, I stretch the use of seasonal fabrics as long into the season as I possibly can!
