An Unlikely Transition Weather Dress

Dress: Vintage 1950's Primary Rose Print Dress
Tights: DKNY
Shoes: Michael Kors
Belt: UO
Bangle Bracelets: Gifted

I didn't know this dress would stick it out with me as long as it has, especially since it was originally bound for the Etsy shop. I wore  it on occasion in the early summer, when the days were brisk but sunny; The bright, primary colors were cheerful, and the cotton was soft as could be against my bare legs. Now, as the streets and sidewalks gain little piles of leaves, I look at the dress and see warm autumnal tones. I simply couldn't bear to let the blue roses lose their pop, so I switched out a brown belt for another bolt of blue. These heels are trustworthy and durable, believe me - they've been wedding dance-floor tested! Though the heel is deceivingly tall and not at all comfortable after an hour, I can't help but show them some regard...they go with everything!

Why thank you! The dress is cute, but confusing. The cut is totally 50s, the buttons are very 60s, and the print seems extremely 70s!
